Thought I’d add an extra post to today. I have eaten veg today; tomato and onion salad (delicious) with lunch. some raw carrot and lightly cooked veg and a large bowl of iceburg lettuce that I am polishing off now. 

It will be interesting to note what will happen in the morning as the book says that the introduction of veg can lead to a couple of pounds creeping back.

I also did half an hour Tracy Anderson DVD and a 25 min run/walk up the BIG hills

Have any of you got the new Tracy Anderson mat work DVD? Bloody hells bells!! Those simple looking arm exercises……..
